Deploying more industrial energy efficiency in states like Georgia can help create jobs, save manufacturers money, and reduce carbon emissions. Roy Bowen, president, Georgia Association of Manufacturers, and Tom Mahaffey, president and CEO, Sandy Springs/Perimeter Chamber of Commerce, visited several members of Congress from Georgia to discuss the economic benefits of a stronger tax incentive for industrial energy efficiency technologies such as combined heat and power and waste heat to power.
